Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy (Australia Only)

• Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

• Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipment method: We offer several methods such as standard shipping and express shipping.

• Delivery delays: While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, there may occasionally be delays due to high demand, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer international shipping and only ship to addresses within Australia.

Returns Policy

Returnable items

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@solidkey.store.

Return Shipping

• To return your product, you should mail your product to: SolidKey, 9A Western Avenue, Sunshine VIC 3020, Australia.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
